I would rather have too much information than too little, which is
why I didn't mind that you had given the information. I just believe
it was inappropriate to post that much information to the list, when
most of it was simple cut & paste from the stock configuration files.

No, it's not an error. If you read the rest of the debug, you will
see that there are messages like:
rlm_chap: No CHAP-Password found in the request
These are NOT errors, unless the specifically SAY that they are
errors.

Arturs post explains exactly what the problem is.

I never said that.
Please take a careful look at my responses on this list. I don't
mind when people make mistakes. I don't mind when people point out
bugs in the server. I do mind when people don't do any work to track
down a problem, and ask the list members to do their work for them.

<shrug> The information you needed to solve this problem was right
in front of you in the debug log messages, and in the FAQ.
