You would presumably use huntgroups to select an Acct-Type and have
two sql instances, one in each Acct-Type block, do the accounting
as appropriate.

Have a look at doc/Acct-Type, raddb/huntgroups and raddb/acct_users
(The lines in raddb/users that include
DEFAULT    Service-Type == Framed-User, Huntgroup-Name == "alphen"
are probably most relevant.)
