That just means that you have EAP in your authorization or
authentication configs in FreeRADIUS. If you're not using EAP in the
APs, then you don't need to worry about it. It's just an informational
message in that case. If you want to get rid of those "errors", just
remove the "eap" line from the authorization {} and authentication {}
blocks in the FR config.
