Hi you could try this syntax for a start, believe it should work.

DEFAULT Some-Check-Items
        Tunnel-Type = :1:L2TP,
        Tunnel-Medium-Type = :1:IP,
        Tunnel-Type = :2:L2TP,
        Tunnel-Medium-Type = :2:IP
etc...
