all i have out of the debug log is the failed Local Auth.
the EAP module returns 'updated', then the server tries to authenticate via the 'Local' method, which fails, because no User-Password or CHAP-Password is passed with the message. i'm assuming because it's either:
1) encoded in the message 2) not passed because the tunnel isn't created
i'll fight it out on my own for awhile again. apologies for being annoying ... perhaps banging my head on the one problem is why i'm not getting anywhere ... that old Einstein definition of insanity.
