Try these ones (no warranty whatsoever, YMMV and so on)�:

deb ftp://ftp.goretsoft.net/debian unstable main

These are 0.9.3 debs, packaged by a coworker for use on our two servers.
He's put them on his box at home, so if you don't mind a slow link, you 
can just grab them here (on a Testing, they need a more recent zlib, 
but he's put a recent enough one along with the .debs). The packages 
are signed with key 0x90DF4D9F.

That said, I would really recommend you build your own packages, or wait 
for some Debian maintainer to put them back into the distro. Getting 
RADIUS to work correctly is enough of a PITA without risking unknown 
binary incompatibilities...
