Unknown problem

Well, this mornig I did some tetst in the Radius system, and the system go 
well, Radius server respond clientes requests. However, in a time I write in 
the console: kill -9 -1. So I did fall down all daemons. And I reboot the 
system. I would know how the system and the machine solve a electric fallen.

 When I got up the system and test the system through a client request to 
Radius, in the client screen appeared 'Radius Server not fount'. So I look 
for in the Radius server log. And iI could read:

  As I had a backup of the raddb directory, I overwrite it completely.
  I try to solve this problem during all the morning, and I don't know 
where I had the mistake.
