Connecting Problems

I have a strange problem because I've a RADIUS server running more or less 
two months without modify any configuration file ot exec. However, I have 
connecting problems since two weeks. My users can not  validate correctly 
because RADIUS sometimes return in web browser:

                  RADIUS SERVER NOT FOUND

And this is the probles since there are times of the day that the system go 
well and othes that it's impossible to conect. The machine that I use is WS 
4000 and it has RADIUS authentication.  In another hand, the 'radius.log' 
file shows:

     Fri Jan 30 09:44:24 2004 : Error: Discarding new request from client 
EmpresaAWASanti:10015 -         ID: 12 due to live request 41

    when RADIUS can't let me connect.
I did pings and my net is enought quick to validate with the database 
machine ( RADIUS and DB machine are attached in my desk).

 Any solution or explication ???
