I have done.
In radiusd.conf
$INCLUDE ${confdir}/mssql.conf
In the sql.conf, the comment show that I should use mssql.conf instead of it if I use
mysql database.
I also try sql.conf,it doesn't work too.
But it seems unfunctional.

If you want to use mysql database, you should modify your Radiusd.conf like this :
$INCLUDE ${confdir}/sql.conf
and modify sql.conf in /usr/local/etc/raddb directory ..
