sql_user_name = User-Name # this is the only thing that works

In 0.5, with that config, users could login with or without a suffix. 
Is there something I need to change to get it to work in 0.9.x?

I only have the sql declaration in the authorize section.  That's the
only place I had it in 0.5 as well.

Suggestions?
