  <sigh>  You will need an Oracle client from Oracle.  But not all
clients may include the ability to build programs and link them to the
client.

  You have to do the work to ensure you have the right client.

  If you've never compiled a program before, then I suggest buying a
"Introduction to Unix" book.  The errors you posted are normal build
problems, and don't have anything to do with FreeRADIUS.  Normal
procedures to check & fix broken builds should also fix this problem.
