I'm using AP 1120 model Accespoint, Aironet 350 model Wireless card, Windows 2000 OS, and freeradius.
When I associate with AP , i receive these mesages and can't authenticate with radius...
i think you are trying to use PEAP in your Win2000. however, your version of freeradius should be a release version or earlier which does not support PEAP. only the latest CVS version supports PEAP. download and compile/install the latest version.
And I can't select md5-challange from connection properties. I can select only be PEAP and smart cart... Wireless cards no md5 auth???
exactly. since the SP1 for XP and generally in its newer 802.1X clients microsoft (fortunately) does not support EAP/MD5 over wireless anymore. don't use it, it's a crap, from a security point of view. anyway, it was good for a first test only... conceived about 10 years ago for basically trusted lines, it is NOT well suited for wifi today.
