Great! It works for the first of the 2 previous unreadable attributes but
there's still one that isn't recognized.

Ethereal said it's Cisco-Disconnect-Cause(195) attribute which is referenced
into dictionary.cisco. The weird thing is that this packet is just 2 bytes long,
and if I've correctly read the rfc, it should be 6 bytes long at least. Can this
fact cause freeradius to not decode this attribute?
