Hi list,

I have been working with the FreeRadius package for some time now and decided to look
into the EAP/TTLS capabilities of FreeRadius (of which I can report I have currently
working with a Linksys router, Linksys pcmcia card with the latest enhanced drivers
and Oddessy supplicant produced by Funk Software - all work together very nicely
running in AES mode updating the client and router keys every 5 minutes!)... I
actually have a valid use for such a setup [grin]...

A question I have for the list is this:

How would I go about using an alternate means of user verification (authentication),
I.E. not the current methods such as MySQL, Unix, ect... I need a method to allow
performing the user authentication externally to the FreeRadius Server by an external
program (something like php performing a curl query to an external webpage to perform
the verification instead of the current methods in the FreeRadius server)... Is there
a method to "hook" to an external program for the authentication step????

Again - Thanks for any help anyone can provide - now back to the regularly scheduled
code review...[grin]
