I'm a little bit surprised that no one answered to my previous questing though the list is quite active. Well, perhaps there is more success, if I ask a shorter question. ;-)
Imagine I put the following lines in hints
DEFAULT Prefix = "ppp-", Strip-User-Name = Yes Hint = "PPP", Service-Type = Framed-User, Framed-Protocol = PPP ascendSendAuth = Send-Auth-None
DEFAULT Prefix = "ara-", Strip-User-Name = Yes Hint = "ARA", Service-Type = Framed-User, Framed-Protocol = ARA
All authentication-information is stored in LDAP and radiusAscentSendAuth="TEST".
Now I login as "ara-USER" and expect ascendSentAuth="TEST". But what happens if I login as "ppp-user"? Is ascendSentAuth="TEST"? I don't hope so, but which source takes precedence? My hints-file or my LDAP-directory?
