I installed set of the applications:
1. pppd 2.4.2 withs radius plugin (newest cvs from cvs.samba.org)
2. freeradius as RADIUS server for accounting and authentication.
I have problem with accounting. The stop packet contain:

But there isnt Acct-Termination-Cause attribute - why ?
This is a very interesting attribute for me.
In the SQL radacct the column abuout terminate cause is empty too :(
