packaging errors for debian

Hi all,

I've compiled freeradius 0.9.3 from offcial sources and it seems like de 
debian packagig scripts included into the sources makes packages named: 
freeradius_0.9.2-0_i386.deb

Il should probably be freeradius_0.9.3-0_i386.deb

Seems like the error comes from the chanlog file included inside de 
debian directory. The very first entry should be named 0.9.3-0 related 
to the changelog entry just below.

I've just finished to  compile it agin and generated packages are now 
0.9.3-0.
