The actual problem is that I don't understand what you want exactly. From
what I gather, you want to log in the database the stripped value "C4E45877
818F11D8 86419EDB 53428773" and not "h323-conf-id=C4E45877 818F11D8 86419EDB
53428773". Is that correct?

In my postygreSQL + freeRadius setup I alawys get the stripped value in the
database. However, I am not getting the conf-id value as a AVPair, only as a
normal variable. Maybe that is the problem.
