just verified with cvs-snapshot-20040506 and the leading "\000" are gone
in Tunnel* attribs.
except in attribute "Acct-Tunnel-Connection", it still reads 
Acct-Tunnel-Connection = "\0002475495"

Really no big thing and I understood it's more a client fault, just
wanted to post it.
