  Can you get useful log messages from the home server?  If not, the
problem will most likely be very difficult to solve.

 Hmm... they're 3gpp attributes.  If you use the latest CVS snapshot,
you should at least see names for them.

  That's fine.  The NAS-IP-Address is informational, and isn't used
for anything other than logging.
