Hi,
I'm authenticating users by script (PAP auth) and
CHAP users via "users" file entries. However, I want to
be able to authenticate them by script too.
However, CHAP_CHALLENGE is missing from environ when I
do not load ldap module in authorize { } section!
Yes, "preprocess" is present there. And I have CHAP_PASSWORD in place,
but no CHAP_CHALLENGE.
I do not understand why presence of CHAP_CHALLENGE depends only
on the presence of ldap. According to the source code,
"preprocess" makes CHAP_CHALLENGE available to other modules, not ldap.
I am using freeradius-0.9.3 on Linux RedHat 7.3.
