i have solved the problem. First i have installed "binutils-2.11.2-sol8-intel-local.gz" this utils generated the error. To solve this remove these utils from your system and install the software packet SUNWbtool and SUNWbtoolx these are the sun utils. Dont forget to set the path variable "/usr/ccs/bin/". ./configure ./make ./make install thats it.
