i think the problem is that you are trying to use WEP within your access point but no WEP is configured within the 802.11 client on the terminal (which is NOT included in Win2k).

use the external 802.11 client of your wireless network adapter and activate WEP (whichever form of it). that will permit the Win�K built-in 802.1X client to communicate.
