hi
WDS allows clients to roam between access points without having to re-associate each time. It communicates with the RADIUS server for authentication between access points. I have been successful in getting that to authenticate.
ok, looks like a proprietary IAPP to me. IAPP uses TCP from client to client, as far as i know.
if WDS related Radius traffic arrives at the Radius server, then nothing blocks. then you probably just forgot to activate this special server as EAP server OR you do not have any SSID which includes EAP treatment (the AP has nothing to send). you have to define at least one SSID as OPEN - with EAP.
It's odd how simple the EAP configuration should be (or is)... it makes me wonder if there is something wrong with my AP.
today, it _is_ simple
