I'm no guru, but it looks like radius is trying to create the radiusd.pid file, and can't, because it doesn't have permissions. Make sure the user you're running radiusd as has permission to this folder. This isn't a radius problem, is a system permissions problem. Jacob - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe?
