  No.  The "expr" module performs mathematical calculations.  An IP
address isn't a number, so you shouldn't be passing it to expr.

  Also, returning the NAS IP address to the user isn't a good idea, as
it won't do anything.  You want to return the *framed* IP address:

  Framed-IP-Address := `%{Framed-IP-Address}`

  But even that won't work in all situations, as the request may not
have contained a framed IP address.
