Is free-radius authenticates with newly added entry into users file without restart?

Hi,             Is free-radius recognizes users file updated by any external script and authenticate with newly added user with out restarting the free-radius server? If Yes, how to configure that way?   Thank you, Sathish, www.goremote.com
