Hi All, I'm using freeradius-0.9.3 with MySQL on a RedHat 9.0 machine. I have configured freeradius with the rlm_sqlcounter and has tried to restrict certain dialup users to various daily session limits of say 2 hours. After testing things out, I noticed that users were not getting disconnected (or "kicked") after the 2 hours were up. Users were only disconnected after a fresh re-connection (i.e. after a user diconnected from the dialup service and tried to re-connect at a later time). That meant that users were able to exceed 2 hours. How can I rectify this? I want users to strictly adhere to the hours they were assigned to.
Also, is there a way where the freeradius server can inform the dialup user by way of a pop-up message letting the user know how much online time is left or their time is up? I followed the rlm_sqlcounter doc file that came with freeradius-0.9.3. Desperately in need of help. Thanx in advance! Shannon - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe?
