I did some more testing and found a way that works, but I wonder if this is a 'good' way :)
I put this in the users file: DEFAULT Realm == "TESTREALM", Nas-Port == 10 DEFAULT Realm == "TESTREALM", Nas-Port == 150 DEFAULT Realm == "TESTREALM", Auth-Type := Reject I tested this with radtest and I guess I can use Wispr-Location-Id == "..." instead of Nas-Port == ...
