The config is a touch more complicated compared to a simple RAS service. This is a large scale dialup service (Surfport) that utilises L2TP tunneling to a pair of Cisco 47xx routers (via L2TP multi-hop). It is these routers that terminate the PPP connections. We are serving IP/netmask etc via 0.93/PostgreSQL and it works great. However, currently WINS/DNS are forced at the router; and have NO dialup DNS suffix. I believe that I can use "cisco-avpair" for WINS/DNS but I cannot find any details regarding DNS connection suffix. If the router is configured with DHCP the suffix works but speed is poor in comparison to freeradius and does not have the flexibility required. Regards Paul - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe?
