If you check out the directory structure that will be quite obvious. The only things i cannot make modular are the sql queries (this is an interface for the freeradius server, not a general one) and separating html from php code (toooo much work for no real benefit in my opinion) although that has been done were it had a point. As for comments, there aren't a lot that's true. Though i do believe the dialupadmin structure can make things rather simple.
