Thanks for your reply, but I am using MYSQL DB, so that, how can i configure
the telnet users in the database using Cisco-AVPairs. pls let me know.

are you trying to let your users telnet into your router and teach them
cisco router commands?
reminding you we have non-privileged accounts with cisco,ACLs to allow users
IP and/or protocols to connect to your router.
did i get the english wrong?
