Radius with sql.conf is setup and running pretty smooth. If something happens and we need to stop radius when we restart a few customers seem to be stuck in limbo and radius.log reports the user rejected with Multiple logins (which is set to 1 in radgroupcheck).
We searched radacct and deleted all records with AcctStopTime=0
checked radutmp but could not find this user.
I rebooted the patton ras thinking that the user was still stuck inside but had no luck.(could the user still be in the nas?)
I made a backup of radacct the cleared radacct to start from an empty table
I checked raddb.conf to make sure check_with_nas=yes
and sql.conf to make sure deletestalesessions=yes
anybody know whereis this user ?
