I am using a prepaid platform. With these settings in
the /etc/raddb/users file my prepaid works fine
1234567890 Auth-Type := Local, User-Password ==
"1234567890"
h323-return-code = "h323-return-code=0",
h323-credit-amount = "h323-credit-amount=600",
h323-credit-time = "h323-credit-time=600"
I have to migrate this to a database
