Hi All, I've installed and configured rlm_counter and rlm_sqlcounter on a RED HAT 9.0 machine with freeradius-0.9.3 & MySQL. My NAS is a Cisco 2500 series. My aim was to use one or two of the above counters (preferably rlm_counter) to enable restrictions on dialup access times. After trying both counters I noticed that users don't get kicked after their allocated session times were up. Users were only kicked upon their next logon. This is probably because of the way freeradius accounting works? So now, I'd like to ask if there is a software tool or script that can be configured with freeradius to disconnect dialup users based on their allocated access times. Is there any? Or am I mising some vital step here?
