 I don't see why not.  Huntgroups can be defined for any combination
of attributes.
 

But, that is attribute-based.  What if I want to send a reply with some 
filters to an IP in the clients file rather than NAS-IP-Address attribute? 
For example,  our RADIUS <-> RADIUS-X (proxy) <-> NAS
If I want to send some filters that should be applied to RADIUS-X (not 
to NAS) then how can I configure it?
