You could do this without certificates. Use pGINA to replace (actually
chain) Windows' GINA; use the RADIUS plug-in. Works like a charm.

You can get pGINA from http://pgina.xpasystems.com/.

hi guys.

I'm running freeradius-0.9.3 on RH9 box i ran i test it and it
okay...I'm using as an authentication server that user have to identify
them self's against it 
I'm using WIN2000 ..I'm wondering how i could point the WIN2000 client
to use freeradius for authentication 
i believe this could be done using certificates any ideas please how i
can implement this
