ok, whatever a PEAP request means in the original mail :-)
it would be crazy to constantly deliver the same value, what would it be good for? that's why it's called "dynamic WEP"...

what do you mean by this statement? these attributes are only present in the Access-Accept message sent by the radius server to the NAS.
He means that at the end of every PEAP session, the keys are unique.
They're supposed to be.
