Thanks for all your help, Kostas, and others. Now that I've got my head around the exchange that's supposed to be taking place, I've been able to do some debugging and have determined that the Radius is sending the correct Session-Timeout with the Access-Accept, but that the NAS is not dealing with it. I have come to the conclusion the the Radius extension to NoCat is broken, and shall try Chillispot as Bartosz recommended. It appears to be in current development (latest release was a month ago), unlike NoCat (latest release over a year ago), so it should be a better bet.
