Certainly not dialupadmin2 :-)
From the screenshots it's just a lot less pages than dialupadmin with a littlebit more info (in the online users page for instance) specifically designed for mikrotik administration (as is obvious from the user edit page). It seems to mostly carry the dialupadmin skin, not dialupadmin code although i can't be sure.
I don't know if the way they 've packaged it (you can get it only if you pay) creates any license issues (at least regarding freeradius).
