So... did you read "users", to see if line 41 had a trailing comma?
DEFAULT NAS-Port-Type == "ISDN" ,Connection-Type == UNLIMITED, Auth-Type := Reject
The "Auth-Type" should be on the same line as DEFAULT.
Please read the "man" page for the "users" file.
