Try the current 1.0.2 snapshot from the CVS release_1_0 tree. This could be a bigendian/64 bit issue with the md4 code, which was broken (by me) in FreeRADIUS 1.0.1. I'm pretty sure ms-chap uses md4. ^_^ > 4.
