Hi All. Ok, as is always the way with these things, once I posted the message I almost immediately found the answer, typical!!! The answer is the execution is not permitted because of SELinux. Disabling SELinux fixes the problem. I'm sure there must be away to reconfigure SELinux to allow this execution, but I don't have the time at the moment to figure that one out, so if anyone know a quick HOWTO that will explain that it would be interesting to look at.
