this is bad.
radiusd would sefault each time that it tried to process a request.
i did a make clean;make and got a compile error, so i downloaded the newest code ( 1.0.5) and did the ./configure;make;make install dance. that all worked. when i ran 1.0.5, i got the same segfault i was getting from 1.0.1
i don't know if anything has changed on the server (it shouldn't have, but i won't know for sure until later, but it looks like it did).
can anyone take a look at the strace and let me know if there's anything illuminating in there that i am missing?
