Then it should clean up stale sessions when the user logs in the second time, if the first session doesn't exist on the NAS. IF... checkrad can talk to the NAS. If not, you have to clean them up by hand. And the server has NO way of knowing if the session is still alive or not, so it's very difficult for the server to do this cleanup automatically.
