any docs to help on my problem... ? in doc/rlm_ldap, there is section about
LDAP XLAT.. Is it the one ?

Right now, you can't. It's probably not too hard to add support in
rlm_ldap for dynamic updates of the basedn. That would make life a
lot easier for many people, I think.
basedn is already xlated..
