read the output. it says the group 'nobody' doesnt exist. your radius.conf is saying use user X and group X. these must be changed to user and group you want to use. most people create a radiusd:radiusd setup. your files then need to have the correct permission. right now that are all owned by root:root - not desirable. alan - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe?
