Sorry. I misread that last line. You didn't look in the folder, did you? I bet there are some README and INSTALL files and a doc directory. Any guesses what you should do with the README file? Linux!=Windows. There is no installer file. You will need to compile the binaries yourself. Again, a book would be helpful here.
