GRANT SELECT,INSERT,UPDATE,DELETE
ON radius.*
TO radius@'mysql1.wireless.intranet'
IDENTIFIED BY 'radius_password';

And perhaps a "FLUSH PRIVILEGES;" after that, though i don't think that's 
actually required.
