If that is the case, How can I add the WiMAX support in Free Radius? What are the changes I should make in order to have WiMAX support?

You can create a WiMAX dictionary, but the attributes in the packet will NOT be in the WiMAX format. Also, many of the WiMAX attributes have sub-attributes, and those are definitely not supported.
